Śrī Kirāta Vārāhī is one of the most fierce, mysterious, and esoteric manifestations of Mā Vārāhī. While Mā Vārāhī is revered as the royal commander of Śrī Lalitā Tripurasundarī’s celestial armies, Kirāta Vārāhī appears as the Divine Huntress, the untamed force who leaves the ordered battlefield and moves through forests and hidden realms to pursue and dissolve hostile forces wherever they may conceal themselves.

She penetrates the deepest layers of karmic conditioning, uprooting obstacles at their root and lifting the sādhaka out of limitation and inner confusion. Her upāsanā is sought for protection, removal of obstacles, victory over hostile influences, and stability through different phases of life.
