Mahāgaṇapati Chaturāvṛtti Tarpanam is a sacred Sri Vidya ritual performed to invoke the grace of Lord Mahāgaṇapati, the remover of obstacles, bestower of wisdom, and guardian of all auspicious beginnings. Traditionally undertaken before major sādhanas, homas, or important life undertakings, the ritual is both an external act of worship and an internal offering of the ego into divine consciousness.
